Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how North Aspect Partners, LLC ("North Aspect," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit northaspectpartners.com (the "Site"), email us, or schedule an introductory conversation. It does not cover information we receive in the course of a client engagement, which is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you include in your message. When you schedule a conversation through our Calendly scheduler, we receive your name, email address, the meeting time you select, and your answers to our booking questions about your company, your role, and the general reason for the meeting.

Please do not send confidential, non-public, or transaction-specific information before an introductory conversation.

Information from others. If someone refers you to us, they may give us your name, contact details, and the general reason for the introduction. To prepare for a conversation, we may also review publicly available business information, such as your company's website and professional profiles.

Information collected automatically. The Site is hosted by Framer, which processes your IP address and basic browser and device information to deliver the Site and protect it against spam and abuse. Framer also provides us with aggregate visitor statistics, such as pages viewed, referring websites and campaign links, approximate country, and device, browser, and operating-system types. These statistics do not identify individual visitors to us. Framer's analytics do not use cookies; they count daily visitors using an identifier derived from IP address and browser information that changes every day.

Calendly cookies. When you open our Contact page, the embedded Calendly scheduler may set cookies and collect device and usage information, as described in Calendly's Privacy Notice. Calendly may display its own banner where you can set your cookie preferences.

We have not installed advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools on the Site.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your inquiry and communicate with you;

  • schedule and prepare for meetings;

  • evaluate a potential engagement, including checking for conflicts of interest and whether a request fits our services;

  • keep records of our business communications;

  • understand Site traffic in aggregate and keep the Site working and secure; and

  • comply with law and protect our rights.

We do not use your information for newsletters or automated marketing. Calendly sends scheduling emails, such as booking confirmations, on our behalf.

3. How we share information

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers that process information on our behalf to operate our business, including Framer (website hosting and analytics), Calendly (scheduling), Microsoft (business email and calendar through Microsoft 365), and Zoom (video conferencing for scheduled meetings).

  • Professional advisers, such as our lawyers, accountants, and insurers, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

  • Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of North Aspect or others.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.

  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Other than the Calendly cookies on our Contact page, which are described in Calendly's Privacy Notice, we do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites through the Site.

4. Cookies and "Do Not Track"

The Site itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Calendly sets cookies on the Contact page, which you can manage through Calendly's cookie settings and your browser settings. Blocking them may prevent the scheduler from working; you can always email us instead.

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. We have not installed cross-site tracking tools on the Site, and the Site does not currently respond to those signals.

5. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and scheduling information only as long as needed for the purposes in Section 2. If you do not become a client, we delete it during our annual records review once three years have passed since our last contact with you. We may keep a minimal record (your name, company, date of contact, and the general subject of the inquiry) longer where needed to check for conflicts of interest. We may also keep information longer where the law requires it or where it relates to a pending or reasonably anticipated legal claim, inquiry, or dispute. Information about clients is retained according to the applicable engagement agreement and our records obligations.

Deleted information may remain for a short period in our service providers' recovery systems before it is permanently removed.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business, including multi-factor authentication on the accounts that hold your information and encryption on the devices we use for business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and ordinary email is not a secure channel for sensitive information.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@northaspectpartners.com. We will verify your request, typically by confirming it from the email address we have on file, and respond within 45 days.

We may keep information where the law requires it or where we need it for conflicts checks, recordkeeping, or legal claims, and we will tell you if so. We respond to these requests the same way regardless of where you live.

Nevada residents may also submit a request under Nevada law that we not sell their covered information to the same address. We do not sell personal information.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any email from us.

8. Children

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Where information is processed

North Aspect is based in the United States, and we store information primarily in the United States. Our service providers may process information in other countries where they or their subcontractors operate; Framer, for example, is based in the Netherlands. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Other websites

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including Calendly and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will update this Privacy Policy before we change our practices, including before we add website tools that collect information. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If we make a material change to how we use personal information we have already collected, we will notify affected individuals by email where we have their address and obtain consent where the law requires it.
