Readiness workstreams
Assess the gaps. Prepare the process. Keep the company ready.
Transaction Readiness Assessment
Identify what is likely to be requested, what is incomplete or difficult to explain, what matters most, who owns it, and what should be addressed before the process advances.
The output is a prioritized readiness plan tied to the transaction ahead.
Diligence Preparation & Operations
Build the information structure, request tracking, response workflow, issue tracking, management review, and internal/adviser coordination needed once diligence begins.
Where investors are conducting diligence, the company controls investor access and communications and approves substantive responses. North Aspect may support data-room and response administration at the company’s direction, but does not discuss terms, valuation, or the merits of the investment with investors.
Corporate Records & Approval Readiness
Inventory and track approvals, capitalization records, prior transaction and financing materials, governance documentation, and other corporate information relevant to diligence.
Legal sufficiency, legal conclusions, corrective documentation, and legal advice remain with counsel.
Readiness is most valuable before the process becomes reactive.
A transaction is approaching.
Management expects an acquisition, financing, potential sale, or other diligence event and wants to understand what will be tested while there is still time to address issues deliberately.
Diligence is already starting.
Requests are arriving, ownership is unclear, or issues need prioritization and coordination.
The same problems keep resurfacing.
For transaction-active companies, North Aspect can maintain agreed readiness infrastructure between deals rather than rebuilding it each time.
Readiness can reveal the next transaction decision.
Readiness work may surface questions about economics, structure, price, terms, or whether a transaction should proceed. Where useful, those questions can move into a separately scoped live transaction mandate or Transaction Assessment & Structuring engagement.
The scope changes when the work changes.
